During the quote or enrollment process, we will never collect any information you provide, such as ZIP code, age, gender, household size, estimated income, or details about qualifying life events. We use this information to determine your savings and plan eligibility and help you explore options under the Affordable Care Act.
When you proceed to apply for coverage, this data is securely transferred to HealthSherpa, which may collect necessary additional information, such as Social Security numbers or dependent details, directly within their federally approved portal before enrollment. Enrollment Coverage will never ask for sensitive health or financial information on its servers.
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide. All data transmitted through our site is encrypted, and access is limited only to licensed agents or authorized representatives assisting with your enrollment through us. We will never contact you regarding health insurance information unless you request it.
HealthSherpa and its affiliated systems are certified under CMS security standards and operate in compliance with HIPAA and the requirements of Healthcare.gov.
Any information provided generates quotes, determines eligibility, and completes applications for health coverage. This information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
We may disclose information only when legally required or when necessary to fulfill your enrollment request through approved partners, such as HealthSherpa or licensed carriers.
