The Purpose of Enrollment Coverage
Enrollment Coverage was built to make Marketplace insurance shopping clearer, more respectful, and easier to navigate. Learn why the platform exists, meet the founder, understand the role brokers can play, review our enrollment process and service boundaries, and see the compliance commitments that guide how we help you explore coverage at your own pace.
Your Decisions Deserve Decency
Enrollment Coverage has one purpose: to modernize health and dental insurance shopping.
We handle the tiring process of sifting through countless websites to learn about health insurance and instead, have consolidated all that information for you, allowing critical decisions in your healthcare to be made with educated confidence.
With our bread and butter, the Coverage Calculator, what you see is what you get. There are no hidden lead funnels, fees, or obligations; you will receive only instant coverage estimates from the Marketplace.
Meet the Founder
Jonathan Cubeta
Founder of Enrollment Coverage
My Promise:
When browsing for health insurance online, I am sure you have seen advice along the lines of, "The only place you should be looking is HealthCare.gov."
That is a perfectly fine approach if you would like to enroll on your own and avoid pushy agents, as they can become quite irritating. However, selecting a health insurance plan without fully understanding its network, prescriptions, costs, and coverage rules can feel like testifying on your own behalf in court, believe it or not.
You may not want the hassle of finding an agent or a lawyer, if you wish to continue the analogy, but having the right person available can make an otherwise confusing process easier to understand.
No agent can guarantee that a claim will be approved, but a knowledgeable one can help you ask better questions, understand notices, and determine where to go when something does not look right.
I can personally vouch for what it was like working in a high-sales environment. Once you got used to every other person cussing you out over the phone, it was not so bad. Calmer individuals often told me they only filled out their information online to look at pricing, never expecting to be bombarded with endless phone calls, text messages, and emails.
That's where my idea for Enrollment Coverage was conceived.
With our quoting tool, the Coverage Calculator, you provide only the information needed to review available pricing and coverage options. With us, no condescending agents are waiting to hassle you over the phone, no text messages looking to "follow up," and no emails hounding you to reconnect.
Enrollment happens at your own pace.
If you request assistance, we will be available to help you understand the process, communicate with the appropriate parties when authorized, and navigate the next steps as thoroughly as we reasonably can.
Your situation will not be an excuse to be chased for a sale here.
That, I promise you.
Why Brokers Are Important
Information Is Scattered
Enrollment rules, plan documents, provider directories, drug lists, financial assistance, and state information may live in different places.
Costs Extend Beyond Premiums
A low monthly premium may come with a higher deductible, different prescription costs, or a narrower provider network.
Rules Change Over Time
Deadlines, affordability standards, carrier participation, service areas, and Marketplace policies can change between plan years.
Every Household Is Different
Income, age, location, prescriptions, providers, and expected care can make the same plan a different fit for two households.

Our Common Compliance Questions
Is Enrollment Coverage a government website?
Enrollment Coverage is not a government agency, HealthCare.gov, or the Health Insurance Marketplace. Official eligibility and enrollment decisions are made through the applicable Marketplace or coverage program.
Do you provide real Marketplace insurance quotes?
Enrollment Coverage uses HealthSherpa's Enhanced Direct Enrollment platform to provide current Marketplace plan options and insurance quotes based on the information you submit. Final eligibility for coverage, premium tax credits, and cost-sharing reductions is determined by the applicable Marketplace, and displayed prices or plan availability may change if application information changes or requires verification.
Can you guarantee that a doctor or prescription is covered?
Provider participation and prescription coverage may change and depend on the exact plan, location, drug, pharmacy, service, and date. Important details should be confirmed before receiving care or enrolling.
Does this information replace official plan documents?
The policy, Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits and Coverage, formulary, provider directory, eligibility notices, and other official documents govern the details of a particular plan or decision.
How is my information used during quoting and enrollment?
Information entered into the HealthSherpa-powered experience is processed as needed to display plans, communicate with the applicable Marketplace, determine eligibility, and complete enrollment. Information may be provided to HealthSherpa, the applicable Marketplace, selected insurance carriers, and other parties involved in enrollment as described in the applicable privacy notices and consent disclosures.
Does the quoter display Marketplace plans available to me?
The HealthSherpa-powered quote experience displays Marketplace plans based on the location and household information provided. Availability may depend on your state, county, eligibility, carrier participation, and plan year. Marketplace coverage may also be reviewed through HealthCare.gov or the applicable State-based Marketplace.
Enrollment Ends with Coverage
Finding your plan should end with coverage that supports yourself and those you care for.
