Our Commitment to Equal Access and Fair Treatment

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

Enrollment Coverage believes people seeking insurance information and enrollment assistance should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. This page explains our nondiscrimination policy, the assistance you may request, and how to raise a concern.

Enrollment Coverage is an independent insurance brokerage and is not a government agency, healthcare provider, insurance carrier, or final decision maker for Marketplace eligibility or insurance claims.

Equal Rights and Nondiscrimination

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing our website, educational information, and requested enrollment support in a respectful manner. We aim to provide a welcoming experience and meaningful access to the services we control.

We do not tolerate harassment, retaliation, or unequal treatment in our interactions with consumers. Questions, accommodation requests, and good-faith complaints will not be used as a reason to deny assistance.

Nondiscrimination

Enrollment Coverage does not exclude, deny assistance to, or intentionally treat a person less favorably because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital or familial status, veteran status, or another status protected by applicable law.

This policy applies to our website, educational services, communications, and assistance provided by our representatives. It does not change lawful insurance rating, eligibility, service-area, enrollment-period, or coverage requirements established by government programs or insurance carriers.

Accessible Communication

If a disability affects your ability to use our website or communicate with us, you may request a reasonable alternative method of receiving information or assistance. Examples may include communicating by email instead of telephone, receiving information in a more accessible electronic format, or arranging additional time to review information.

Please tell us what barrier you encountered and what form of assistance would be useful. We will review the request promptly and work toward an effective option within the services and technology we control.

For more information about the accessibility of this website, review our Accessibility Statement.

Language Assistance

If English is not your preferred language, contact us and identify the language you use. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate clearly, identify an appropriate resource, or direct you to language assistance available through the applicable Marketplace or enrollment platform.

Important application questions, attestations, consent language, eligibility notices, and plan documents should be reviewed in a language and format you understand before you make a selection or provide authorization.

Plan, Eligibility, and Coverage Decisions

Enrollment Coverage can provide educational information and requested enrollment assistance, but we do not issue insurance policies or make final Marketplace eligibility, subsidy, underwriting, benefit, prior authorization, or claim decisions.

Those decisions are made by the applicable Marketplace, government program, insurance carrier, or plan administrator under its governing requirements. If you believe one of those organizations discriminated against you, use its grievance or appeal process in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Report a Concern to Enrollment Coverage

If you believe Enrollment Coverage failed to provide reasonable access, treated you unfairly, or retaliated against you for raising a concern, please contact us. Include your preferred contact method, a description of what happened, the date if known, and the assistance or resolution you seek.

We will review the concern in good faith, limit access to the information to people who need it for the review, and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Filing a concern with us does not prevent you from using an external complaint, grievance, or appeal process.

External Civil Rights Complaints

Federal civil rights protections apply to certain health programs and activities. If you believe your civil rights were violated by an organization subject to those laws, you may contact the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
